Installed Custom recovery (I recommend CWM).

Installation Instructions
CREATE A FULL BACKUP 1STDownload the ANDROID M ROM zip and the Google GApps zip to your device.
Boot to recovery mode, and do a full wipe (minus your internal and external SD, which are optional). If you are coming from a previous build, dirty flashing will work on it, though clean flashing is always recommended.
Flash the Marshmallow ROM, then flash the Google GApps.
